How it started

With a stain on the floor. One of us made it — and then spent an entire day trying to find someone who could fix it. Calls that went nowhere, forms that nobody answered, recommendations of friends of friends. A whole day, for one small task.

Somewhere between the third phone call and the fifth website, the thought landed: it should not be like this. Finding honest, skilled help for everyday life should be as easy as ordering a taxi. That evening, Werkara started.

Learning every day

We have worked inside large companies — in FMCG, tourism and pharma, in tech firms and international teams. We know how good processes feel, and how much time slow ones waste. We brought that experience to Werkara. What we didn’t bring is the illusion that we know everything.

Every day we learn something new: from a client who explains what they really needed, from a tasker who shows us a simpler way, from a mistake we won’t make twice. We are a small team, and we will not always be perfect. But we read every message, we fix what’s broken quickly, and we do our best — every single day.
