How does Werkara work for a company?

What does it cost us?

Nothing until the end of October 2026: registration, the company profile, receiving tasks and sending offers are free, and Werkara charges no service fee. From 1 November 2026 the fee is 9 % of the task amount — always shown before you accept a task. There are no lead or click fees.

How is this cheaper than advertising?

You don’t pay for clicks or leads — people with a concrete task come to you. Every completed job and every review builds visibility that keeps working for you without a media budget.

How do we receive requests and communicate?

Whatever fits your workflow: the app, your account on the website, email — even WhatsApp. Your team’s day can start with a list of new requests already waiting. No new software to learn, no process to change.

How do we invoice and get paid?

Directly. You agree the price with the client and invoice them as you normally do. Werkara doesn’t stand between you and your money.

Which industries is Werkara suitable for?

For any business that carries out jobs for private clients: cleaning companies, moving and transport firms, landscaping and garden maintenance, assembly and trade businesses (furniture assembly, small repairs, painting), IT support, and tutoring or care providers. Regulated work (electrical and gas installation, for example) may only be offered by businesses holding the relevant permit.

Is Werkara suitable for sole proprietorships as well as limited companies?

Yes, for both. The legal form makes no difference — a sole proprietorship, a GmbH or an AG can all create a company profile. What matters is that you are allowed to provide the services you offer and that you invoice for them yourself.

Can several employees use the company profile?

Yes. One company profile shows your services and your area; whoever on the team is free takes the incoming job. Requests reach you by email, in the app, through your account on the website or via WhatsApp — whichever fits your workflow.

How quickly will we get the first request?

It depends on your region and your services. Werkara is active all over Switzerland — in cities such as Zurich, Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, Lucerne and St. Gallen new tasks usually appear faster than in smaller places. A complete company profile with a logo, a clear description of services and a defined area gets asked far more often.
